The Process
Workshop
Building a guitar takes four to six months. There are no shortcuts, no assembly lines, no compromises. Just time, skill, and an unwavering commitment to the craft.

Step 1
Selection
Every instrument begins with tonewood selection. Each piece is evaluated for grain pattern, weight, and tap tone. Only the finest materials pass this initial assessment.

Step 2
Bracing
Hand-shaped bracing patterns are carefully fitted to the soundboard. The X-bracing and tone bars are carved to precise dimensions that define the instrument's voice.

Step 3
Assembly
Components come together with precision. Fretwork, binding, and hardware installation require exacting standards that define the instrument's playability.

Step 4
Finishing
Multiple coats of lacquer are applied and hand-rubbed to achieve depth and clarity. The finish protects the wood while allowing it to resonate freely.
